Delivery Services
We offer multiple delivery services to meet your needs. Standard delivery is a cost-effective option that typically takes 7 business days to reach most locations. This service is suitable for those who are not in a hurry to receive their women's fashion boots, women's outdoor shoes, or other women's shoes.
For customers who need their purchases more urgently, we provide express delivery. With express delivery, your order will be prioritized, and it usually arrives within 5 business days. This is an ideal choice if you have a special occasion coming up and need your new shoes promptly.
Delivery Areas
Our delivery service covers a wide range of areas. We deliver to most domestic addresses, including urban and rural areas. However, there may be some remote locations where delivery times could be slightly longer. For international deliveries, we ship to select countries. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and other import charges may apply for international orders, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website's tracking page to monitor the progress of your delivery. The tracking information will show you where your package is at each stage of the delivery process, from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your doorstep. This allows you to plan and be prepared for the arrival of your women's shoes.
Charges
Domestic Delivery Charges
The cost of delivery depends on the delivery service you choose and the weight of your order. For standard delivery, if your order of women's shoes weighs less than 1 kg, the delivery charge is 5 currency units. For orders weighing between 1 kg and 3 kg, the charge is 10 currency units. Orders weighing more than 3 kg will have a custom delivery charge, which can be calculated at checkout.
Express delivery charges are higher due to the faster service. For orders weighing less than 1 kg, the express delivery charge is 15 currency units. For orders in the 1 kg - 3 kg range, it is 20 currency units, and for orders over 3 kg, the charge will be calculated based on the weight and destination at checkout.
International Delivery Charges
International delivery charges are calculated based on the destination country, the weight of the package, and the delivery service chosen. Shipping to popular international destinations such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia may have different base charges. For example, for standard international delivery to the United States, if your order weighs less than 1 kg, the charge is 25 currency units. As the weight increases, the charge will be adjusted accordingly. Express international delivery will have a higher cost, reflecting the quicker transit time.
Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to return any women's shoes you purchase from us within 28 days of receiving your order. The shoes must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If the shoes show signs of wear, damage, or if the tags have been removed, we may not be able to accept the return.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, you need to contact our customer service team. You can do this through our online contact form or by emailing us at [email protected]. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the shoes. Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipping
For domestic returns, if the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as the wrong size or color sent), we will cover the return shipping cost. You can use the prepaid return label provided by us. However, if you are returning the shoes for a different reason (such as a change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
For international returns, in most cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Please note that international returns may also be subject to customs regulations, and any associated fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned shoes and verify that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank's processing times. For other payment methods, such as PayPal, the refund will usually be processed within 7 business days.
